How do I Order Custom Weavings?:
Please complete the contact form with your name, email address, and your request for a custom weaving.
Laura will follow up with you to clarify the details of your order such as weaving type, materials, size and answer your questions.
All design details, measurements and specifications must be correct and agreed upon at time of ordering as we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations one an order has been placed and accepted.
Payment Policy for Custom Weavings:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom weavings, we require payment of 50% of the quoted purchase price upfront to begin work.
The balance of the purchase price is due upon completion of the custom weaving.
Return Policy:
The sale of all weaving product is final. If your weaving artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at designsdownstream@gmail.com. Please include your order number, description of the issue and clear photos of the damage. We will review the case and provide a resolution where appropriate. Thank you for understanding and supporting our handmade custom weavings.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges for your order will be discussed before shipping and are dependent upon the destination and size of your Designs Downstream package. The weaving time frame will be discussed upon deposit.
